In addition to UV flexographic print and digital print capabilities, we also offer reel and sheet fed labels, non self-adhesive tags, unsupported film for sachets and bags and unique coding and variable data for promotional work.

Press
We continually invest in our presses and our teams that use them. Our MPS presses are known in the industry as the best flexographic presses and all of our staff have achieved full apprenticeships to use them to greatest effect.
We have also invested almost £1 million in digital development, boasting one of the best systems currently in the UK.
We utilise servo driven presses and we make full use of spectrometers and densitometers and have automatic registration capabilities.
Repro & Plates
Using the latest Adobe packages, our in house system can turn plates around in hours. We provide out putting to CD Spark and digital plate maker and we have our own effective in house proofing system.
Finishing
Our advanced video technology allows us to ensure continuity of quality throughout each run. Turrett rewinding enables us to achieve the highest standards of efficiency with small run labels. With no job considered to small for us to undertake, we even supply specialist lifting boards so labels can be transferred efficiently without handling.
Hot and Cold Foil
We provide a wide range of metallic and specialist finishes that can enhance your products.
Embossing
Our embossing services include raised images and tactile labels.
Screen Printing
Our screen printing services are ideal if you're looking to achieve specialist colours for labels, and we're able to achieve up to eight colours in a single press. Screen printing services also include high build varnishes and Braille print.
Storage and Delivery
We work with specialist partners to ensure delivery anywhere in the world, and our experienced pick and pack team continually manage the most complex logistical tasks.
Additionally our large storage facility, which meets JIT demands, enables us to stock hold for you.
